Under the Bihar Biofuels Production Promotion (Amended) Policy, 2025:

• BIADA will lease 25% of industrial land to OMCs and private suppliers
• Lease duration: 30 years at ₹75,000/acre/year
• Priority districts: Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Kaimur, Muzaffarpur, Barh, Jamui, Vaishali, Buxar
